As part of our ongoing environmental initiative, Mission Green Earth, our campus recently became a vibrant learning space for students from Tiruvannamalai and the Shanmuga Group of Schools.
High school students from Tiruvannamalai visited our campus to understand the principles of natural farming and the importance of maintaining a small vegetable garden at home. Through hands-on learning, the students gained practical knowledge about sustainable food practices and healthy living. As part of the session, they enthusiastically planted seedlings in the Bhairava Garden, taking their first steps toward environmental stewardship.
In connection with World Ozone Day, middle school students from the Shanmuga Group of Schools participated in an environmental awareness programme on our campus. The students enjoyed a guided campus tour, learnt the correct methods of planting, and received clear instructions on nurturing and caring for plants. The programme aimed to instil responsibility and respect for nature at an early age.
Through Mission Green Earth, we continue to inspire young learners to connect with nature, practise sustainability, and become responsible caretakers of our planet.
